Line Designs is a rapidly expanding engineering firm who works on high end projects in the residential and commercial sectors across the middle east,Line was founded in 2007, and run by the EISSAS and Solia,initially started with two main branches inc Cairo and Jeddah followed by another three sub branches in Doha , Abu Dhabi then California.

Creating a harmonious room design by mixing a variety of design elements is a wonderful option. But, while having a single element or two out of harmony with everything else in a room may give that room a distinctive and personal touch.
Colors aren’t randomly used when we talk about interior design colors. At first sight we may think that it’s very easy to choose colors for a living room for example or for our entire home because we choose what we love and what we would like to have. In many cases the results are very good, but in most of the cases if you don’t know anything about colors and what combinations would look great for your home style, the results might have nothing in common with a professional appearance.
The design principle that suggests connected movement between different parts of a design by using colors, lines, forms, or textures; also referred to as continuity with visual flow,the eye should be able to ‘flow’ smoothly across the room, utilizing the art elements to produce the look and feel of rhythmic movement with a visual tempo or beat.

In Sharjah, UAE, the House of Wisdom library and cultural center by Foster + Partners recently opened to the public. The two-story building includes a library, café, event spaces, shared and individual reading lounges, a green courtyard, and prayer room. The rectilinear structure, shaded by a cantilevering roof that extends 50 feet on each side, is clad in a system of perforated aluminum panels. From the ground level interior, adjustable bamboo screens filter more sunlight.

From countertops and tabletops to ceilings and exteriors, no canvas is unworthy of taking on the pastel-hued abstractions of Alex Proba. Since 2013, the New York-based designer has swept the world with her colour-happy approach, transforming every surface she touches with brilliant hues. “Colours come naturally to me,” she says. “The shapes? They just arrive to my hands.” More recently Proba has been decorating swimming pools with her unique compositions, called in by architects to transform residential and hospitality projects with hand-painted murals that celebrate both pattern and colour.

When faced with transforming an empty warehouse into a welcoming showroom for the leading authorized Steelcase dealer in the Chicago area, Sarah Kuchar, owner and creative director of her namesake studio, wanted to design a space that would "surprise guests," as she says. And given that the new Forward Space locale, which specializes in innovative workplace solutions, is a woman-owned business, celebrating woman-led leadership became an important design narrative.
